Before starting a series of coaching sessions it’s useful to reflect and prepare what you want to get from your coaching investment.  Some useful questions are below, click to see full size:


Strengths: What do I do effortlessly AND what repeatedly results in an intense feeling of contentment, joy and satisfaction for me?

Potential: If there were no barriers what could I achieve?

Barriers: What gets in the way of me fulfilling my potential?

Values: What’s important to me in my life?

What do I want? … from my life, irrespective of whether I view it as possible now.
