Encourage Leaders and Managers to Look Forward

Leaders and managers need to to look forward as well as pay attention to the current situation.

Coaching which is focused on the future and the journey forward is always benficial.

Paying attention to what’s working, and not; what might need to change can be enlightening, as well as asking the sometimes difficult question, “What assumptions am I / we making about the future?”

Keeping good connections with customers, partners, suppliers – all stakeholders is vital.
